Leadership and Accomplishments
While at Accenture LLP, Madison led a team of recruiters responsible for staffing the explosive growth at the Nashville Advanced Technology Center. She utilized project management skills, PowerBI, and used data to inform her recruitment plan. Her team consistently delivered top tech talent and exceeded hiring metrics. She also volunteered her time at the Student Leadership Conference to connect with and mentor new interns. In addition Madison partnered with Business Leaders to create mentorship programs for the incoming new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Madison volunteered for the Sports Plus Charity in Maryland for almost 10 years as a swim coach and camp counselor. Sports Plus is an award winning 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides instructional sports, swim, camp, social and pre-employment training programs to children, teens and young adults with mild to moderate autistic spectrum disorders and other disabilities. While volunteering with Sports Plus and as the HR Director for RSV Pools, Madison collaborated with the founder of Sports Plus to create an innovative internship program. They partnered with JSSA and the Maryland State Department of Education to hire students with disabilities for entry level jobs. The program was a success and served as a blueprint for many similar programs in the state.
